1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting painting services from Paintina, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Paintina provides professional residential and commercial painting services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including but not limited to:

Interior painting
Exterior painting
Commercial painting
Cabinet refinishing
Deck and fence staining
Accent walls and murals

3. Quote and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on actual project scope
Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site or detailed assessment
Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
Quote validity period will be specified in your quote document

4. Scheduling and Timeline

Project start dates are subject to weather conditions for exterior work
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by scope changes or unforeseen circumstances
We will communicate any delays promptly

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement
Deposit may be required before work begins
Balance is typically due upon project completion
Payment methods accepted: To be discussed with your project coordinator

6. Warranty

Exterior painting: 10-year warranty on workmanship
Interior painting: 2-year warranty on workmanship
Warranty covers peeling, blistering, and flaking due to improper application
Warranty does not cover damage caused by structural issues, moisture intrusion, or natural wear

7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide access to the property at scheduled times
Clear furniture and belongings from work areas (or discuss relocation services)
Ensure parking is available for our crew
Notify us of any pets that may need to be secured

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled start date
Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance
Work may be paused if access is not provided without prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

Paintina's liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Service Area

Paintina serves the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, and surrounding areas.
